I have always had a passion for travel & adventure.   After exciting careers in the travel industry, residential real estate and the wine and hospitality business, I made the decision of a lifetime to incorporate all of these loves into being part of an owner/operator team as Chef/First Mate aboard a 50′ sailing catamaran in the Virgin Islands for 6 years.

This proved to be a heart warming experience like I never imagined possible.  I was honored to host some of the most amazing families and groups of friends while showing them the magic and beauty of sailing in the islands.
